  • Executive Sales Assistant -ESA

    The responsibilities of a Executive Sales Assistant include:

    Performing administrative duties

    Coordinating company meeting, events and sessions with other departments and other companies.

    Preparing travel accommodations.

    Creating presentations, documents, files, spreadsheets and reports.

    Liaise between allies and management to ensure smooth operations delivery.

    Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures.

    Follow up policy execution on high priority special projects.

    Assists with preparing proposals, agreements, memorandums of understanding, and reviews applications according to requirements.

    Develops reporting schedules for each grant, incentive, and opportunity on pursue to ensure timeliness of required program.

    Other related duties as assigned.

    Executive Sales Assistant reports to the Chief Sales Officer (CSO) and may also aid other executive managers.

    Skills:

    Passion for innovation and excellence, enthusiastic and approachable.

    Excellent written and oral communication skills, in English and Spanish

    Proven ability to develop and present professional materials

    Proficiency in Excel, research, and surveying.
