ABOUT THE ROLE
We´re seeking a motivated and talented Customer Support Specialist to lead customer support at Heepsy.
Heepsy is an influencer Saas product where brands discover & analyze any creator in the world. We have grown fast since we launched in 2018. We help thousands of brands and creators globally with a team of 30+ talented individuals working remotely across several countries and also from our Bilbao (Spain) office. Heepsy is already successful, with thousands of brands using it to find creators, and it will expand its features significantly in the near future after repetitive and consistent client demands.
At Heepsy, our customers’ success is essential to our own and as a Customer Support Specialist you will quickly become a valued resource for customers who need a helping hand growing their business with Heepsy. As a Customer Support Specialist, you’ll have the opportunity to build our presence worldwide and support our customers from around the world.
The Customer Service Specialist will maintain the day to day customer-facing interactions through phones, video conferences, email and chat. In this role, the successful candidate will focus on delighting our customers by delivering first class customer service to include, but not limited to: order processing, subscription management and product questions.
WHAT YOU´LL DO
Provide support through three main channels: chat, email and phone or hangouts. You’ll remain available to our customers and move between all three channels throughout the day (and any other available channels as needed), based on customer and business needs.
Adapt and tailor your communication style to work effectively with people in various roles and backgrounds from all the global companies Heepsy supports — including marketers, salespeople, service professionals.
Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
Develop and communicate thoughtful, customized solutions that help customers move forward.
Monitor customer complaints on social media and reach out to provide assistance.
Actively and productively team up with other teams, such as account managers and salespeople, to drive better results for our customers, including identifying opportunities.
Document and report software issues with the product for engineering teams at Heepsy.
Manage complaints and refunds.
Actively participate in strategies to rescue old clients and prevent churn.
REQUIREMENTS
Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
Have a clear, personable, kind, and informative communication style in email, on chat, on the phone, and in-person.
Business-fluent in English.
Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills. Strong attention to detail.
The ability to work effectively with international product and business teams.
Excellent interpersonal skills, including strong ability to conceptualize and communicate complex topics in a simple and factual way.
Ability to resolve challenges, especially when you don't know the answer.
Quick learner with exceptional communication skills.
Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and to manage time, multiple tasks, and deadlines effectively.
Goal-oriented focus.
Resolving conflict.
Self-starter, constantly thinking proactively and identifying new opportunities.
IT HELPS IF YOU HAVE
Experience in a start-up.
Familiarity with Intercom, Zendesk or any other CRM.
Experience in working as part of an Agile product team.
Experience working on a B2B business, Saas business.
Knowledge of influencer marketing.
